Turnkey Balcony: Glazing, Wooden Lining and Electrics

A turnkey balcony is a complete package of glazing, insulation, finishing and electrics, after which the balcony becomes a space ready for use.

Glazing is done with metal-plastic (PVC) or aluminium structures — casement or sliding, the walls and ceiling are finished with wooden lining boards, and electrical wiring adds lighting and sockets. Insulating the floor, walls and parapet turns the balcony into an extension of the living room.
