PVC window production line — Liniya Okon

PVC window production is a step-by-step process: profile cutting, steel reinforcement, welding, mullion fitting, hardware and glass-unit installation, and a final quality check.

What the video shows

• the profile is produced and imported from Europe; the plant runs two lines — for standard and coloured profile;


• steel reinforcement from a Ukrainian producer is cut to size and fixed inside the profile with a reinforcement screw;


• a water-drainage channel is cut to prevent moisture build-up;


• welding is done by a Rotex machine at 230–250 °C, after which the seam is cleaned;


• a mullion — a vertical or horizontal bar — is installed and sealed with a silicone plug;


• hardware is mounted using a jig; the insulating glass unit is secured with a glazing bead in each sash;


• the finished window passes a visual inspection and receives a quality stamp;


• window sills, canopies and insect screens are produced separately.
